I had an amazing experience with JJ's Automotive! My car was in a small accident but needed paint and a cracked bumper repaired. Joey and his team did an incredible job. My car looks brand new again! The paint job was flawless, and you can't even tell the bumper was ever damaged. They were professional, honest, and got the work done on time. I highly recommend JJ's Automotive for anyone needing quality and reliable auto body repairs. Thank you again for the excellent service!
I took my car to JJ automotive for the passenger rear door.. service and communication was noT very great. My car was in the shop for a week and a half . He worked on it I noticed that the primer wasnt done correctly I can see white still with buffer marks visible also spoke with a man that's been painting for years and he told me the painter DID A terrible job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO NOBODY ..
jj auto was very cordial they had to wait on the ins several day before they responded, I finally had to contact one if the main sups to help us becuz the adjuster they assigned me would not return call. I called several time and only once did he return call. worthless insurance with there customer service. But JJs auto was wonderful.
