My wife lost her wedding band after 40 years due to lost of wight. We search everywhere to find the identical wedding band. On the day of our anniversary we find the Segal & CO Jewelry store. I was just looking around with my husband when I spotted a Caladdaugh Irish Wedding ring in the showcase. I asked to see it and was the helped by Myra Davis who turned out to be the store manager. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything about the ring as well as anything else in the store. Like I said, I was just looking but had kinda been looking for one of those rings for a number of years. Myra went out of her way to help with the purchase ( she took a no sale and changed it into a sale). She help me unlock my credit to use the store financeing which was several hoops to jump through. She stayed patient the whole time and even did most of it for me herself. She was a delight to work with and made it a very pleasurable experience.
