Hello Charlie this is Gloria Nichols 12635 Countrybrook. Pls place me on your schedule for my windows to be wrapped and the wood beam on my porch and the other items found. Weathers changing and I would like to have this completed. The job started April 2023 and was paid in full August 2023. This was a $20,000 siding replacement. Please complete my job. My takeaway if you live in North St Louis County don’t rate the work until after repairs discovered after completion of project. Thank you Gloria I’m still waiting on repairs noted after completion of job.

Schneider Roofing installed a new roof and gutters on my mom's ranch-style home. They did a fantastic job and the cleanup was spotless. They honored all of their promises. This company provided a great product (roofing/gutters), but the customer service was at a level far above the rest. Barb, Teri, Angel, Vik, Charles, Michaela - wonderful, professional people. Teri is the epitome of kindness.They emailed all documents to the insurance company in a timely manner. Finally, my mom's last payment (50%) got lost in the mail for almost three weeks (sent by certified mail). I felt so helpless since it was a cashier's check that couldn't be cancelled for 90 days. Teri was so understanding about it. That's when I knew this company was extra special. There's a famous adage: people will forget what you said or did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. Thank you, all. I look forward to working with you in the future.
