Vincent did an excellent job on my laptop. After a weeks now has gone by my computer is still working well. He explained what was going on. I remember calling Vincent on the phone to talk about my damaged laptop and just how down-to-earth he is. Although I felt dumb for spilling water on my laptop, I didn't feel that way talking to him! He didn't use technical jargon and was very honest about the process. His service charge is very fair and he was very communicative and efficient.
