EXCELLENT SERVICE! My brand new recently installed dishwasher dumped water onto the floor when I ran it the first time. I called Tecnicos around 10 AM on Tuesday and Roger was at my house my 2:30 that same day!!! He diagnosed and fixed the problem, he educated me on the dishwasher AND he suggested and waited for me to test my other new kitchen appliances to make sure they all worked too. He did all of that within 75 minutes ... two days before the holiday. Oh, and he installed my disposal press button! I am so very grateful for Roger. Will definitely call him again if needed. Roger is great! We have called on him twice. The first time for our oven, and then just recently for our dryer. He is very responsive and tries to make sure he can actually help before coming out. This saves everyone time and money. When he comes out, he is professional and friendly and respects your home. His work is also top notch and he’s efficient with time. Pricing is totally reasonable as well. We will always look for him to help us with our appliances in the future!

I am a Facilities Manager at a large assisted living facility in North Haven. I have 10 washers and 10 dryers in the building. Roger has been servicing my appliances for the last few years. I cannot recommend him enough. He responds very quickly, and his service rates are reasonable. He is not afraid to tell you if a piece of equipment is not worth repairing.
