SAO sets a high standard for customer service, as well as quality work. I wish all businesses were as responsive. Communication was very fast and specific, including descriptions and pictures to aid in the diagnosis and fix. My receiver was repaired and recapped perfectly. Clearly very experienced with a variety of electronic devices. After this amazing experience, I plan to have other items repaired as well. I am extremely satisfied and recommend SAO as one of the best companies I have ever encountered! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had the circuit board for a Whitfield Advantage II pellet stove rebuilt after it stopped operating the exhaust blower. I just shipped it over, they rebuilt the circuit board and mailed it back in quick order. The stove is back in action. The repair was half as much as a replacement. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Couldn't get any more replacement parts from Viking for my older microwave. This company repaired the control board so now I have a good display again iny microwave. Why throw out the entire appliance when you can fix the little bit ??? Thank you SAO !!!! I will be sending you more stuff to fix.

Excellent service! Super-fast and my pool works great now! Originally called Hayward at just under the 3-year mark of my pool being built for the same issue. They sent me a new board and it worked great for 4 years before exhibiting the same issue of not keeping time again. It’s very clearly a manufacturer’s defect and Hayward is not willing to do the right thing and provide a permanent solution. We spent the entire pool season this year constantly resetting the clock to no avail.
