Called many places, and Tech Professor (Total wireless) were the only one near me that could help. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I went to get my son HDMI fixed on his PS5 and he's been playing it with no problem sense. Highly recommend.

Called to inquire on Price to get my PS5 fixed. Mustafa was super helpful and informative. He pointing me to an alternative location. They would save me money and would be closer to me. Highly recommend. That’s a plus to me to look out for the interest of the customer.

Totally trustworthy, professional, fair - and excellent work!! + they PRICE MATCH (they'll always be the cheapest). I've rarely ever seen a business as well run as this one regarding their treatment of customers. They are a small shop that currently offers Boost mobile service, but they also have a electronic repair shop. I needed a phone screen replaced and called (or visited) about 12 shops in the area. I got prices from the low $300's to the low $500's. This place PRICE MATCHES and so they matched the lowest price I was given. Plus, they sent me a screenshot of the screen they were going to buy to make sure I was ok with the quality of th... They didn't buy a straight-from-the-manufact screen, but they didn't buy the cheapest OEM either. They got a high quality OEM brand (I read up on the brand after they sent me the screenshot - lots of satisfied customers across a range of platforms with good reviews on electronic magazine websites). Now, several weeks later, the phone is as good as new. No problems what so ever with the repair. They fixed it within one day, it was ready within 30min of when they said it would be ready, and they were even willing to give me a tiny discount due to a shipping delay (super fair of them considering it wasn't their fault at all, a gesture that even the best of businesses out there never do). Offering to basically 'eat the cost' on something that wasn't even their fault kinda further proves that you can trust these guys to treat you fairly. So, excellent quality repair work, using high quality parts, who treat their customers very fairly and friendly, who are honest and professional ... and their prices simply can't be beat cuz they'll match the lowest price you can get. Hope this review helps someone out there save some money and get the repair they need. To the Tech Professors -- much appreciated guys!
