I originally called and left a message to see if I could schedule an appointment to get an estimate on a retaining wall. Never received a call back. Called again on a Friday and this time a woman answered, and we scheduled an appointment for Monday between 6 - 7 pm. Monday rolls around and by 6:45 pm, I started to get impatient, so a call was placed to see if anyone was on his way. Received the answering machine and left a message to see if he still planned on coming to the house. Never received any kind of response that night or even the next day for that matter. If you’re too busy and either can’t or don’t want the job then call and say so. My time is just as important, so to not receive any kind of notification is just unacceptable and certainly not a way to conduct business. Worked out in my favor because I found a mason who did a wonderful job. You snooze you lose.
