There are very few owner-operator plumbers around and I lost my last one almost five years ago. Finally, I recently found Jim through a neighbor of mine when I mentioned to them I needed a hot water heater replaced. I found Jim's price couldn't be beat and when I met him, I discovered that he's able to charge reasonable prices because he can do it all by himself. He has so much more experience than you'll find in any plumber that is sent out on a call by a larger outfit. But his experience doesn't stop with the plumbing itself. He worked for equipment manufacturers along the way and knows the quality, positives and negatives of all of the brands of equipment. He won't install something that he thinks will fail anytime soon. That is a wealth of knowledge that allowed me to make decisions confidently and provided assurance that is invaluable to a homeowner. Plus . . . Jim is just fun to hang out with and great-natured. He was even having fun showing me his use of a customized pipe to make the install a little more attractive. Who does that?!? I even took a video of it. Hire this guy!
