Sam's Cell Phone Repair

Don't waste your money. They do not stand behind their workmanship or products. My daughter had an accident with her phone, and after they replaced the screen, the new screen stopped working in a few weeks. Then, that screen stopped working in a few days. They kept trying to tell me that the phone was damaged, but we would wake up to the phone not working and it had never been dropped or anything. The guy at the store tried to call me a liar. Will never go back. What a scam of a place. I'm going across the street for any future repairs. Update: Sam continues to lie. He says that my daughter dropped her phone, which never happened. Their first screen stopped working when my daughter woke up, first thing in the morning. The second time their screen stopped working, she was at the store and she had the phone in her pocket. Neither time did the screens break, they just stopped working. This place uses used parts, not new. I took the phone up to U Break, I Fix and the technician said that there was no damage to the phone. What they found was that the screen was fine, but Sam's used a tar to hold the screen in place instead of the correct type of glue and the tar interfered with the electrical connections. Unbelievable at what liars these people are. Notice how they blame the customer every time they get a bad review. They don't accept any responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away and keep your money!

Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). They had the replacement parts, it was under $20.00 and was ready in 10 minutes! I can’t say enough to describe how much respect and faith I have in this Professional Business. This is a company that I will always refer going forward!

While my wife went to the vape shop next door I went in to ask what they charged to replace my screen that I thought was broke, the young man took a quick look and said it looks like it's just the screen protector which it was. He could have said sure just leave it and we'll replace it and charged me for a new screen that it didn't need and I wouldn't have known any better but he was very honest and honesty goes a long way with me. I will definitely go there for anything I need in the future and highly recommend them to my friends and family.
