We recently got Hardwood Floor Refinishing in Redmond WA from ADL Floors, and they did a fantastic job. We had no prior experience with refinishing, and Dinu explained us the process in detail, clarified how they will take care of the blochiness and quality. They helped us with color choices patiently and finished the job with high quality in time. Even after the payment, we observed a minor issue and Dinu was more than willing to come and take a look and help fix. Overall, we had a great experience at competitive pricing!

Dinu to the rescue! We recently had a refrigerator leak some water onto our beautiful hardwood floors. Within a day or two, several boards began to 'cup' (bend upward). All we could think about was the dreaded water damage nightmare that was likely to come. I tried drying the area with a hair dryer, using a fan to blow over the affected area, all to no avail. I looked on line and saw great reviews for ADL floors and Dinu, the owner. I left a desperation voicemail and he called back with a few hours. We hired ADL floors to rip up old carpet and refinish the hardwood floors underneath. They discovered and patched areas that are missing wood planks, I can’t tell the new from the old after everything’s finished. It was also a very fast process! Definitely the kindest and hardest working crew we’ve hired. They are very respectful and diligent, and communication was great.

Dinu at ADL Floors did a fantastic job restoring small two water-damaged spots on our white oak floors back to nearly pristine condition. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the extra time he took to blend and match the finish on these small spots to the rest of the undamaged floors. We would recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Dinu!

I really appreciated working with the owner and, in particular, his willingness to make things right when issues came up. When we noticed details like nail holes not being puttied, he was responsive and ultimately ensured everything was addressed properly. I do wish he had been present earlier in the process to catch more of these issues upfront, rather than us having to identify them and bring them to his attention. That said, his accountability and follow-through matter a lot to me, which is why I’m giving 5 stars.
