Saf-Guard installed my security system more than 17 years ago. An excellent company. They have maintained it over the years. Every team member is gracious and technically competent. This is the kind of business you want want to work with as they offer true value, great quality, great delivery at a good cost.
Great job on the selection and installation the camera system. The job was completed promptly as promised. Scott Hostetler is professional, yet very easy to work with. He ensured the system was operating properly before turning it over to us for use. We are very pleased so far and would recommend his service.
Mr. Scott Hostetler and his team provided exceptional service from the initial consultation. He visited our home to understand our needs thoroughly and clearly outlined the next steps in the process. He also ensured timely follow-up via email. On the installation day, the team arrived punctually and communicated effectively throughout the process, explaining each step as it unfolded. They were diligent in maintaining cleanliness during their work and took the time to assist us in setting up all of our technologies with the corresponding app on our devices. Additionally, Mr. Hostetler encouraged us to prepare a list of questions and assured us that we could reach out to him at any time. We are very pleased with the service provided, as we are now saving nearly $30 per month on our monitoring service while receiving enhanced security.
