Extremely disappointed with our experience with RyanCo. In late March 2025, we hired RyanCo to install a patio at our home, investing nearly $4,000 in the project. During the initial process, communication was excellent. The company was responsive, provided a quote quickly, and installed the patio promptly after receiving HOA approval. Based on that early experience, we even recommended RyanCo to neighbors who were considering similar work. Over time, we noticed a few minor issues, such as some sharp and unfinished edges along the patio, but we chose not to raise those concerns. However, on November 21, 2025, we discovered a significant crack running the entire 27-foot length of the patio. Given the substantial cost and the fact that the patio was only about eight months old, we contacted RyanCo and asked for someone to come inspect the issue. After multiple messages, several missed appointments, and significant back-and-forth communication, it took until December 11, 2025—more than two weeks—for someone from the company to finally come out and assess the problem. The individual who visited took photos of the crack and assured us that we would hear back within a day or two regarding next steps. Unfortunately, we never received any follow-up. Since that visit, RyanCo has made no effort to contact us, provide a solution, or address the issue in any way. The complete lack of follow-through and accountability has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on our experience, it is clear that the company does not stand behind its work. We would not recommend RyanCo to anyone looking to invest in quality workmanship and reliable customer service.
