We had talked for quite some time about converting our outdoor patio into a sunroom and studio for my wife’s watercolor art business. After seeking quotes from several local contractors, we chose Ryerson Brothers Construction based on strong recommendations from friends and neighbors. Our initial meeting with Jesse Ryerson was positive and helpful to clarify options for us to consider. He quickly provided a clear, detailed quote, and a follow-up meeting with Jim and his team confirmed they were the right fit for our project. The construction team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Project superintendent Leslie Torrence and project manager Ricky Compton offered helpful, creative suggestions that improved our original vision and kept us updated throughout the construction process. When unexpected challenges came up, Ricky handled them with professionalism and a positive “can-do” attitude. The finished space is exactly what we had hoped for and more. It is beautifully built with great attention to detail - a joyful expansion of the living space in our home! I chose this company because I try to support local businesses as much as possible. I respect companies that do what they can to promote the Christian viewpoint. This is a rare company that others are too afraid to promote. The quality of work was very good. The bath renovation took longer than we expected. But the quality is there. I would make only one suggestion with Ryerson's is to improve their communications. The Superintendent did not always keep us informed when the techs would be working. Being retired was normally no problem, but some scheduling changes were needed. There was one case where the shower panel units didn't match up as the house being 53 years old and not always square. The plumber that installed it didn't let us know immediately that there was a slight problem, nor did the Super. It wasn't until the final inspection that we saw the problem. They did inspect it and determined that it was ok and waterproof. Overall a great company We would recommend them to others.

Ryerson Brothers Construction provided a primary bath and secondary bath remodel for our project. The process was excellent, from the time of initial meeting, project quote, materials selection & demo & finish work. Ryerson provided an onsite project manager to oversee each step in the process, start to finish. There were periodic meetings with Jim Ryerson and his team to review progress of the project and budget to date review. The process was very transparent and professional. We are truly enjoying our renovated rooms and are glad we made the decision to move forward with Ryerson Brothers. We highly recommend Jim and his team and will make the decision to work with them with any future project we have!
