RV Doctor Mobile Repair

We contacted RV Doctor due to a bay door latch that wasn't functioning and we could not close the door. Manny was wonderful. He is extremely patient. He attempted to walk us through how to get the door to close and stay shut but it involved a lot of strength that neither my husband nor myself have. We had to vacate our RV space by 11am. Manny showed up and got it taken care of immediately and we were on our way just in time. Best of all he did not charge us for a service call or for his time. We highly recommend them and we will be using their services if needed when we visit the area again.

I traveled several hours, pulled into an RV slot late at night at Shoshone, then discovered I had no propane flow. First thing in the morning I called and Manny gave me some troubleshooting tips and we isolated a regulator problem (looked like maybe it was working outwardly, but was not). He had a suitable replacement on his truck so I drove to him to pick it up. The price was very reasonable! He even suggested I could maybe find it a little cheaper at a larger chain store, but he gave me good troubleshooting information, so I wanted to give him the business because he earned it. I’ve been using the RVDoctor for 2 years now. I have to say being a business owner myself, Manny and his wife are exceptional both in business and personally. You can text or call 7 days a week and someone always gets back to if they don’t answer. There prices are fair and reasonable and more importantly, Manny explains the process of what he has to done to repair your coach and makes it easy to understand. I can’t say enough about this company other than I feel blessed he’s local and always available. Thank you Manny, the misses and RV Doctor. You guys are the best!!!
