Customer service is top notch. Working with Randy and Kelsey, they know me by name. When at first they didn't have what I was looking for in-stock to resolve my emergency, Kelsey was able to suggest other local vendors. I ended up ordering for next-day delivery from Kelsey, and she helped me confirm exactly the product I was needing for my business. I will work with them every chance I get.
Really poor experience, I took my PC in not knowing what the issue was and gave them information on what was happening saying it kept crashing and that it was possibly the cpu The staff were fairly dismissive and took the PC and had it for over 5 days and did not even call me to say it was done, I had to call them. So I go to pick it up, they somehow could not replicate the issue and found out all they did was a memory check and a harddrive check for their diagnostics. Biggest waste of $80 I have ever spent and I would like my money back
The first time they were very helpful and very inexpensive - about a year or so ago. This month my computer was hacked and they removed the hack, but in the process they also removed all my pictures and albums and a few of my important documents. Also lost all my shortcuts and changed my browser. Cost was very high. Be careful when you ask for help. You may get more than you want.
Updated Review: Initially a bad experience with a PC repair. They made it right and then some! I have to commend this business and their willingness to reach out and resolve my issues. I initially had a problem with inconsistent communication with my PC repair. I was not on the same page with the staff. My computer was not repairable. I suddenly found myself with far more questions than answers. I left a pretty bad review. To their credit, management reached out to me to discuss my interaction and experience with Computer Hardware. We discussed the situation, and they bent over backwards to make me feel appreciated and satisfied. Normally a bad experience can be correlated with bad service or indifference. NOT the case here. Computer hardware came through for me and I will not hesitate to use this business in the future!
