Today, as after many years of service with Rusk, they continue to be professional, reliable, efficient, equipped to resolve heating and air conditioning needs for good system maintenance, and provide good customer support via text reminders, emails, and over the phone, including returning my calls with information requested. This is hands down the best HVAC repair and maintenance team I've ever used. Live person picks up phone, easy to schedule, neat, professional, diagnosis and tech understanding flawless. After checking with me Jared took his time to not only solve the problem with my boiler, but make sure all basic maintenance is done to minimize the chance for anything similar reappearing shortly. The price was reasonable. Definite recommendation. *
We were told we needed a new system from Arlinghaus. A technician from Rusk heating and Cooling came out to give us a 2nd opinion. He was much more thorough with his evaluation than the previous company and they saved us a ton of money. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Rusk has consistently delivered outstanding service. Today was no exception. I had a major electrical issue with my furnace right as the cold winter months are approaching. Jared did an excellent job diagnosing the problem, walking me through the details, and making sure everything was fully repaired and running smoothly. They’ve also gone above and beyond for me in the past, including exceptional work on my outdoor AC unit during a summer breakdown. I truly appreciate their reliability, expertise, and customer-focused approach. Highly recommend!
As a plumber and a customer of Rusk heating, i understand how hard it is for customers to find a technician they can rely on and trust 100 percent. With Rusk heating and cooling, this is one of those companies. The technician that came out to service my unit was absolutely wonderful! He was very good at what he does and extremely communicative.
