Every time we have something done at New England Automotive, the service is phenomenal. I appreciate that they provide you with as much information and education as possible. Whenever they provide quotes there is always a variety and not just one. They really are thinking about the customer and in that industry I find it extremely refreshing!

We had AAA tow our vehicle here and unfortunately it wasn’t worth getting it repaired. They were very nice and let us leave the car in their lot for a few days while we figured out a tow. We will definitely use them for mechanical services in the future as their customer service was outstanding!
This was my first time working with Ken and his garage following a breakdown of our car. Ken was terrific - very communicative and took the time to walk thru options for the repairs.
