This outfit does great work. They understand antique and vintage pieces. They will help you with design decisions: railroad the fabric? Waterfall? Piping, or no? And so on. I’ve used them over the course of a decade, always happy with the work. I trust them for everything from family heirlooms to yard sale scores. I will always reach out to Rudy’s first for upholstery work.
Excellent service. Dan replaced all the zippers on my couch covers in a day for a very fair price. Absolute life saver couldn’t recommend more !!
I had 3 couch cushions filled for $300. The price was fair, and the cushions came out really well. My pickup time changed several times, causing a large inconvenience to me. However, an employee offered to, and did, deliver the cushions in return, which was a really nice gesture.
We've been going to Rudy's for several years since moving to Medford, and Rudy redid a chair for us as well as created a bench seat. Now that Rudy's son Dan is in charge, we continue to be impressed with the quality of work we receive. We brought eight dining chairs in to be refitted with new cushions, along with two cushions for another set of arm chairs. The price was very fair, we received excellent guidance in the process, and the job was done more quickly than anticipated, for which we're grateful. I'm so thankful to have Dan and his shop in close proximity.
My late husband had built our dining room table and chairs many years ago and it has great sentimental value. At a New Years gathering one of the chairs broke. I called Rudy's and talked with Dan about repairing the chair and asked him if he would tighten and and check all the others as well as reupholstering all 6 chairs. Dan came out immediately and brought many choices of fabric for me to select. Dan came to my house earlier than scheduled (on a Sunday) to pick up the chairs and said that he would have them ready by mid week. Ahead of schedule once again as he returned my newly upholstered chairs in my choice of fabric, all chairs were tightened and the broken one, repaired! They are beautiful! Dan does amazing work and his pricing is very fair. I would like to thank him for also discovering my husband's signature and date(1955 from when he built this dining set) .
