I can’t recommend The Custom Shop enough! Toni is absolutely amazing to work with she truly listens, understands exactly what you need, and delivers beautifully every time. Her craftsmanship and customer care are unmatched. If you need upholstery work done, this is the place to go!

The Custom Shop is great. They made me a slipcover that is perfect. I mean perfect! The fit is as tight as I had hoped, like the original from Pottery Barn. I could not be happier. The stitcher was extremely good at her craft. Flawless. From the day I emailed for an estimate, through going to the store to look at fabrics, and then getting the final product —everything was "seamless." Toni is terrific. It is a well run shop. Go.
