I called to schedule a chimney sweep, and my call was answered right away with friendly service. The appointment process was easy to understand, and everything happened just as promised. Jared and his team explained each step of the repairs and replacements, made sure everything was spotless afterward, and even stacked the leftover bricks neatly. After testing, the chimney was completely sealed and working perfectly. It looks great now. It was a pleasure working with a business that truly cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend them for anyone needing chimney work.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Ruben & Sons Chimney Service. Conner answered my call right away and set up an appointment quickly. On the day of the service, he called ahead to check if it was okay to arrive a bit early, which I appreciated. He put down blankets to protect my floors and was very respectful while coming in and out of the house. The chimney sweeping was done really well, and my stove pipe was put back exactly right. Conner also took the time to walk me through the condition of my chimney and gave helpful tips about my current setup. The price was fair for the quality of work. These days, it’s hard to find reliable service, but it’s good to know there are still true professionals out there.
