Took my 2011 Audi Q5 in for a sunroof leak and they noticed the timing chain was about to snap. I appreciated their clarity and honesty, as well as timeliness in getting it fixed!! I had another noise issue that the mechanics took the time to look at with me and ensure it was not a problem. They were helpful in easing my concerns and I know I can go to them if I have any other issues!
