This family owned company is unreal! I spoke with Brannon while visiting this area of Alabama. Our Suburban decided to start vibrating/shaking... looked online for a company to take a look. Not only was Brannon exceptionally knowledgeable, he also was friendly and professional. The tech, Billy, stayed a bit longer than planned, to help us replace a part. They didn't try to over sell anything! Matter of fact, they gave me great reason why not to do extra "jobs" away from home... just to wait until we were closer to home if they were needed. Part and labor even came warranted! These amazing people treated me like family, and I can't be more thankful for taking care of me and my family! Do not go anywhere else! Take your car here. Our transmission went out on our way to vacation in Florida. We got a hotel in Gardendale and saw the great reviews for Gardendale Transmission. We called the next morning and they assessed our repair on a Tuesday and had us back on the road by Friday morning. We still got to enjoy our vacation and the car was ready to head back north.
