I noticed that the toilet base was leaking slightly, which caused a damp floor. The joint was resealed, all connections were tested and the area was dried thoroughly. There are no more leaks and it looks completely secure now.

The bathtub overflow leaked during long baths, causing minor water stains on the tiles. The plumbing team replaced the internal gasket, tested the system thoroughly and ensured no leaks remained.
