The owner came and did our estimate, and was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided three different quotes: basic, better, and best. He was very transparent about what was on each quote, and made it clear there was no obligation to choose higher-priced quotes and to decide based on our needs and comfort. Once we chose and signed off on the plan we were most comfortable with, they scheduled us immediately and came out 4 days later. The repairs are exactly what was discussed, including a couple small complimentary fixes (like moving our garage buttons down to a better spot). He was on time and courteous, and charged us exactly what was quoted. We will definitely schedule with them again for any further issues/ maintenance on our garage!

From start to finish, our experience with Royal Door was incredible! Julie was most helpful in getting us scheduled for the initial consultation - even with the connection issues over the telephone. She reached out via text message when our calls kept dropping. Cam called just before our appointment window to let us know he was running ahead and was en route. Once our consultation began, he remembered the area and the house since he did an evaluation with my wife after working on our neighbor’s garage door. He was thorough in his evaluation of both garage doors and the seized opener on one of them. His friendly and easy going demeanor encouraged us to ask questions which he readily answered. He explained everything well and took his time installing a new opener, replacing garage doors hinges on both doors, and replacing extension springs. Cam then walked us through connecting the opener to our network and linking up the myQ app. Finally, he made sure all of our questions were answered and explained all warranty coverages. Price was most reasonable and Cam didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary. Great experience with Royal Door! Will recommend to all who need garage door work.

I Recommend ROYAL DOOR completely! Several years ago I started having issues with our old garage door. I found Royal Door from a Home Design publication and called them. The owner of the company was out the same day! He quickly saw the problem and repaired it. He explained that the repair he did was a simple adjustment and told me that our door should last a few more years. He could have told us anything else and started trying to put the pressure on! Instead, he placed their Royal Door sticker below the garage button on my wall. I handed him my credit card, rather tried to, he teplied there is no charge! He asked us to call them when we needed to replace it! When Royal Door of KC came to talk to us I saw that he looked familiar but I knew he could not be the young man from years ago! He said that he was his Father! Beautiful door and superb Service! were so kind and professional! Josh & Ashton reached out to shake my hand!😊 The clean up after the installation was excellent!
