I would not recommend using this company for any electrical work. The electrician thought it was fine to rewire my basement with the wires exposed on the outside of the walls. I had to fish the wires myself to prevent him from destroying my basement walls. There were several more issues they did finally resolve but not without push back and a threat to bill me extra. I wouldn’t trust them in my home again!
My furnace stopped running on the evening of a bitter cold day due to sensor faults. I had originally called a competitor to schedule service but by morning I hadn't heard back from them. I called LS Heating & Cooling and within 5 minutes of talking to the dispatcher, Trevin called to say he was on his way. He helped troubleshoot my furnace and identified several small holes in our heat exchanger that were likely introducing CO into our home. Trevin was able to get me in contact with a sales rep to determine available options and cost to repair/replace. The sales rep, Cade, helped prepare some estimates and was not pushy or pressuring us to upgrade or spend more than we felt was appropriate. He very much allowed for us to convey our interests/needs. Installation was able to be scheduled for the next morning. Vincent and Evan arrived well within the scheduled window to install the new system. They were very professional and informative of what was happening throughout the install of the new furnace and A/C and completed in roughly 8hrs, despite the poor weather. I cannot thank LS Heating & Cooling enough for helping us get our heat back and for alerting us to our CO issue before the situation got any worse. Thank you so much for working hard through the bitter cold!
We have had just the best experience with Lees summit heating and cooling. From the very beginning, working with Joe (his customer service and communication was top tier) in deciding to proceed with a new furnace, AC and water heater, all the way to the end and then for our first annual maintenance check. We have dealt with the most phenomenal people and customer service. I was not going to schedule a maintenance check quite yet as our system isn’t even 6 months old yet. Kathy recommended it being a good idea to make sure everything has been working appropriately. Then 2 days later Luis came out for the maintenance check. He is now my hero as he found a carbon monoxide leak! He was able to get it fixed right then and we are forever grateful. His communication and expertise is unmatched. I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Thank you all!
I contracted with Lee Summit Heating and Cooling to install a mini split in my shop. Travis prepared me for what to expect and the supervising installer, Devante, exceeded all expectations. They showed up on time, informed me of what they were doing, and did not leave until I understood how to use the equipment. There was a product malfunction which Devante took care of the same day and stayed beyond normal business hours to replace the defective item. I highly recommend this company as everyone I have met has been helpful and a pleasure to work with.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a new furnace installed a few months ago and that was a great and seamless experience, but when they really showed their professionalism and effort was when I ended up with a crumbling sewage pipe and needed a full replacement. They did everything they could to ensure that was really the route we had to go, and they got it all knocked out so fast and were able to provide financing with a great rate. Not only that but I’d just had gravel laid down where they had to dig everything up. A few days after this process there was a horrible rainstorm and a lot of the mud and gravel washed out. They brought in new gravel for me and re-covered the whole area. The new pipe system looks great, works great, and I have full confidence to hire them for anything and everything moving forward. They even send you progress photos along the way. I’ve had to deal with contractors a lot as I own a couple properties that have been renovated and needed new things. I know it can feel like such a gamble and you always wonder if they are just trying to get money out of you. I’ve never once felt that with this company and they have always done their best to do the most reasonable and affordable thing, without cutting corners.
