We had a great experience building with Mac and his team. Our custom home turned out just how we wanted it. They were super upfront with cost estimates, stayed on top of everything, and helped us make the best decisions along the way. Everything was completed much quicker than we had anticipated and we love our new home. We have no need to move now but if we ever did we would definitely build with them again!

We built a custom home with Roy Talmage and had a great experience. Great communication regarding costs and any changes. Very open to us making changes. Mac would frequently say "it is your house, I would do what you want to do", he was always willing to make sure we were happy with the house, met me at the build whenever I needed and was very communicative in checking on certain details we had chosen at each step in the process. He was fair and does high quality work.

Our house turned out amazing! 😃 We love it! Ironically, the reason for my review is not because of how beautiful our home is, but because of the professional experience we had working with Mac Urie and Roy Talmage Builders. Mac is both educated in building and business. It’s evident he puts a lot of time, money, and effort into making sure the customer experience is as smooth as possible.

From what we'd heard before we started the building process, most people did not have good experiences and a lot would not recommend their builder. We had a totally different experience! In fact, we can't wait to do it again (though we love our home). And we will definitely use Roy Talmage Builders. They were very good and responsive when we had questions, courteous about making sure we got what we wanted, and informing of us things we hadn't thought about (as simple as switching out the drains in our sink because the traditional plug/unplug lever would have been problematic). If there were any issues, they did their best to take care of them in a timely manner. We got into our home in the time we expected and we absolutely love it! DEFINTELY recommend Mac and his team!
