We’ve used this company for years. I don’t know what’s shifted in the last few years, but upon multiple attempts to use them, we have left with negative experiences. While the women at the desk are always pleasant, the new warehouse manager consistently displays a poor attitude, is rude to customers, and makes even straightforward jobs feel unnecessarily difficult or impossible. His demeanor is noticeably unwelcoming, and he often appears displeased when asked to complete a project. This is our last chance of trying to give them business, and we will no longer be using them.

Customer ordered 2 windows. 1st was built and took weeks to get the second one. Went to pick up the windows and NO packaging what so ever. Corners were damaged already. When we called asked if they had cardboard to set them on atleast was told yes plenty of cardboard but when got there to pick up the guy that brought them to the trailer was EXTREMELY rude and anything BUT professional! Set them on the trailer and just walked away. To that guy I apologize for bothering you to do your job! Trust me as a builder I promise I will NOT nor have ANY customer bother you again to use your mediocre products
