Extremely unprofessional company. Would not allow water to be given to concert goers, even in distress. Would not allow water purchased by an attendee who saw people in distress to be handed out to front row concert goers. Staff laughed in the face and made jokes about people pleas for water. So unprofessional and negligent.
Rover’s handled bag check, gate, ID check, alcohol monitoring, entry to ticketed areas & backstage at a music festival in Pendleton all weekend. The festival didn’t have a big staff so Rover’s was the primary presence - no crowd problems and their staff kept a chill but clear presence.
Jacob is the Best Owner I’ve ever met! Eric and Christina and Casandra are the very best also! So professional , hard working, kind, polite , diligent, fun and caring! This is truly a one in a million Company!
