After 41 years, our furnace gave out. We also had a 10 year old heat pump that was also replaced. We called A&E Heating Tuesday, January 20, 2026 after 3 pm and Karin Saltz arrived before 9 am the next day to take measurements and go over two proposals. We chose the system we wanted, she called the office and we were scheduled for removal of old system including heat pump and replacement of new system on Friday. On Friday, John Savage and Tyler arrived about 7:45 am and worked super hard to replace our furnace and heat pump. This company is top notch! From the beginning, the estimator, Rick was very personable and worked with me answering questions about their company and products used in comparison to other companies I received estimates from. He explained things well and when asked about a price difference, was able to get a little lower after talking with management. The technician Zach spent all three days at my home and was very polite and graciously put up with me asking a million questions as they were tackling things.
