A&E Plumbing, Heating and Air

After 41 years, our furnace gave out. We also had a 10 year old heat pump that was also replaced. We called A&E Heating Tuesday, January 20, 2026 after 3 pm and Karin Saltz arrived before 9 am the next day to take measurements and go over two proposals. We chose the system we wanted, she called the office and we were scheduled for removal of old system including heat pump and replacement of new system on Friday. On Friday, John Savage and Tyler arrived about 7:45 am and worked super hard to replace our furnace and heat pump. They were both very nice and answered our questions, showed us how to work the thermostat. The new system is so quiet! They kept everything clean and took away all the old stuff plus all the boxes from the new stuff! Highly, highly recommend A&E Heating! Thank you to Karin, John and Tyler!

This company is top notch! From the beginning, the estimator, Rick was very personable and worked with me answering questions about their company and products used in comparison to other companies I received estimates from. He explained things well and when asked about a price difference, was able to get a little lower after talking with management. The technician Zach spent all three days at my home and was very polite and graciously put up with me asking a million questions as they were tackling things. Every day when they finished up, they cleaned the areas they had worked in and everyrhing was nice and tidy. They sent texts before they arrived everyday and were always prompt and here exactly the hours I was told they would be here. Brandon came the last day to do the duct cleaning and sealing and was also a very friendly and polite guy. There were a few others, ( Nick, Scott and Tyler I think) that were all here at different times checking on things and making sure all things were taken care of. All of them were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting any heating/ cooling or water heater fixed or replaced. I am VERY pleased with my decision to choose this company for our new systems. Definitely five star company!!!
