Roto-Rooter Plumbing, Drains & Water Cleanup

Chris & Travis were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly! They let me watch everything so I understood too. Chris crawled under my house to be sure where pipe ran & its a very tight squeeze! Excellent service & really nice guys! Definitely recommended, 3 month guarantee is a huge relief too! Had to call them back as after a few days same problem. They came back & again everything seemed good! After 3 more days again same problem. Called again & scheduled but was suggested that I have them come jet my sewer line out instead and this would cost $500. Not sure why that wasnt done the 1st time? Anyways super nice guys but im going back to previous company as they're back up & running, they jet 1st time and no issues! Company needs to do the right thing & not expect customers to put out another $500 because they didn't send the right equipment to begin with!! Really disappointed in the company!!

To say I’m pleased with the service would be an understatement. I called the night before and received a return call within 10 minutes, and they had someone scheduled to come out the very next day. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. The technician who arrived was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond. Although he wasn’t able to resolve the issue during the first visit, he did everything he possibly could—and then some. He was upfront about the situation and let me know he would return the following day with additional equipment to continue working on it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them.

Josh was wonderful .He worked out the plan for fixing the problem. Gave me advice on how to shut off water in an emergency. Thank you 😊 Work was completed today.Special thanks to P.J. for keeping me informed as to what was done? What the problem was and what to look for in the future.
