Josh at Roto-Rooter was the best technician I ever had. he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked on my water softener and I’ve had several people work on it and didn’t know what they were doing. I will always call Josh At Roto-Rooter. And I recommend him and the company. And they were very fair in price

Plumber couldn’t get faucet off due to strippage and stated he’d have to buy a new cartridge but the trim kit I brought out of my pocket had a cartridge inside so I paid $150 just for a spout to be replaced that I also went and brought out of my own pocket! And it still drips like nothing has been done at all smh

To say I’m pleased with the service would be an understatement. I called the night before and received a return call within 10 minutes, and they had someone scheduled to come out the very next day. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. The technician who arrived was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond. Although he wasn’t able to resolve the issue during the first visit, he did everything he possibly could—and then some.
