Wayne and Alberto came this morning to see why my water heater just quit all of sudden. They looked at everything....thermostat, element, pipes, electrical....everything checked out. We came back in the house to try the hot water faucet. Incredibly, it came back on....hot water in every faucet! I have no idea how that happened. Maybe it just needed to be tightened up a little. However, I was just as impressed with their assessment of it. Wayne said "It's up to you what you want to do. The water heater is, after all, 20 years old." He didn't try to talk me into anything. He gave me the pros and cons of replacing the water heater or let it go and see what happens. "It could go out tomorrow or a year from now. But, we'll do what you want." So, I decided to hang on and see how long it lasts, and then deal with it as it comes. He even reassured me that it likely won't cost much, if any, more a year from now. No hard sell, no manipulation, but supportive of my decision. I had done some research on the costs of replacing a water heater. Rosewood Plumbing was quite a bit less expensive. I just recently moved to the Rosewood area. Thought I would try this business since it’s literally down the street from my house. I had a 3 o’clock appointment to get my water heater checked. No one ever called to confirm my appointment or to let me know they’re running late. I finally reached out around 3:45ish. Spoke to some guy he said he remembered talking to me yesterday abt the issue. Said he’d call me right back. It’s now 5:15 and I have yet to hear from or see anyone. I’m so irritated bc I left work early literally for nothing. I’m giving this company a 1 rating although I wish I could give them a 0. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Will be taking my business somewhere else
