Precision did a great job! They replaced and installed a new water heater for our home! They encountered some issues because our old unit was so old! with installation of a bigger unit but checked the possibility of what they could do to fix the issue!!! They are clean, efficient and friendly!!! They came as scheduled, explained, shared how the new unit featured and we were just pleased with their service!

I scheduled an appointment in December (2025) to have a kitchen drain leak repaired. I knew my old metal line was rusted out and had to be replaced. I didn't want to tackle it myself. Nate and Joe tagged team the issue in two sessions. I'm glad I didn't attempt to DIY it! They resolved the problem and I'm pleased with the results. When and if I need future work done Precision will be my go to company!

Awful customer service. Staff & owner. Failed to clean up or seek resolution to yard decor damage. Was sure to drag job out for weeks & ensured more repairs. Steer very clear, residential customers.

Thank you so much to David and Zach for helping to resolve a 4 month long fly problem in a spare bathroom. After paying $300 to have a toilet professionally installed (I won't name who) I started noticing one or two tiny flies over the course of a month. Didn't think much of it.
