Met the owner and he was wonderful! They got my truck in and out in a decent amount of time because they had the windshield in stock. To top it off, I went to buy a drink because I decided to sit and wait for my vehicle, the drinks were complimentary! Pleasant surprise! Made my day. Great customer service and great job on my windshield!

!!!!EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! We had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Glass Doctor of Kalispell that we feel obligated to share to help others avoid the same mistake. We brought our vehicle in for what should have been a simple, professional windshield replacement. Instead, due to clear negligence, our vehicle was damaged. Specifically, improper work led to water intrusion, which caused noticeable water damage inside the vehicle—something that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention to detail. We had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Glass Doctor of Kalispell that we feel obligated to share to help others avoid the same mistake. We brought our vehicle in for what should have been a simple, professional windshield replacement. Instead, due to clear negligence, our vehicle was damaged. Specifically, improper work led to water intrusion, which caused noticeable water damage inside the vehicle—something that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention to detail. We reached out immediately and spoke directly with the owner, Kerry, hoping the situation would be handled professionally. Initially, he assured us he would make it right & there was hope that Glass Doctor would take responsibility and make things right. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Despite our patience and clear communication, Kerry denied any responsibility and ultimately refused to cover the cost of repairs, ultimately ignoring us & our communications. We gave them every opportunity to resolve this respectfully and fairly. Instead, we were met with dishonesty, deflection, and zero accountability—from the top down. We trusted this business with our vehicle and were not only let down but left with damage and added expense. This was not just bad service—it was a complete failure of professionalism and integrity. If you’re considering using Glass Doctor of Kalispell, we strongly urge you to look elsewhere. There are many reputable businesses out there who will stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Do not use this company for replacement of windows. My dad called the owner to get his back window replaced. After they replaced the window he noticed a leak and whistling noises in the rear window of his truck. He called them back to get the window looked at again, to get checked and fixed. When he brought the vehicle back, the owner of the company came out and looked at it. The owner started arguing and saying it is my dad’s fault for bad installation. He behaved very unprofessional and yanked the window out and threw it in the truck bed. One of the workers also ruined the trim of the window. The owner did not want to comply to reinstallati... Do not use this company for replacement of windows. My dad called the owner to get his back window replaced. My dad was charged $600, and he asked him nicely to do a repair or replace and instead his window was yanked out and thrown into his truck. The owner did this, not a manager or a worker but the owner. We want to put this out there so nobody else has to go through this unprofessionalism. We did not get a refund or fix either. He had to find another solution to repair his window since he can’t drive with a hole in window. See pictures below
