Nothing but issues with the doors and installation since 2024. Very hard to get a hold of them. Doors will be stuck open and coming off rails, and Roll N Rite (when they do answer) say they can be out in a week to fix. Very difficult to have a vehicle stuck behind a partially open door that had fallen off the rails and no way to get it out for days. Phones now seem disconnected. Do not recommend.
This company is out of business now. Pity since I have been waiting for them to replace a panel on my door for over a year. When they were in business, they did not return calls. When they made deliveries, they did not notify me ahead of time and would show up at random times. Lastly, they made promises they could not deliver and rather than letting me know, I find out the hard way. I cannot say I’m surprised they are out of business. And while it is disappointing to start over and hand someone their mess, I welcome the opportunity to do business with someone who wants to help me. So long Roll Right.
We've been using Roll N Rite for a few years now at our storage facility. Fran and Marcus are great to work with. We will continue to work with this locally owned company. Keep up the awesome customer service.
Marcus and Fran are fabulous! Marcus runs a company the way a company should be run. And Fran is smooth! And makes every issue seem simple and is polite beyond words. This is the first comment I've posted. Shame on me! I love my 2 garage doors. Marcus - and Fran - have been quick to help me. Not the doors' problem of course - my problem. There is no doubt - THIS is the business you should use.
