Rapp Plumbing used to be a reliable business. However, not anymore. They created a problem, refused to fix it and made lots of excuses. And charged us for doing nothing. Avoid doing business with them.
Rapp did a great job helping install our new garbage disposal and faucet set up for our new kitchen sink. They were able to keep us on their on-call schedule so that once we got our new sink put in they were over the next day. Quick, efficient, honest, and thorough for the project and answered any questions and concerns I had. I would recommend Rapp to anyone who needs plumbing work!
I believe Rapp plumbing must have a Rap sheet somewhere for shady unpleasant and poorly done work!! I hired Rapp to replace the washers on an older cast iron sink faucet. The repairman, Tyler was helpful but told me that he didn’t have the right size washer so he left to find them. When he returned he installed the part. I tested the faucets and they were very difficult to turn but I agreed to give it time and see if they loosened up with use. Time has passed. The faucets now turn themselves back on they are so NOT fixed. I called Rapp multiple times and even requested they revisit this repair when I handed Dan the owner cash to pay for the... The faucets now turn themselves back on they are so NOT fixed. I called Rapp multiple times and even requested they revisit this repair when I handed Dan the owner cash to pay for the repair. He never indicated that he wouldn’t back up the work to my face and happily too the cash. Now 4 calls into getting this poor repair addressed I’m being told that it was explained to me that they couldn’t fix the faucets and that I should just buy new ones which they can charge me to install. Seriously!!!! Now that they have been paid they don’t back up the repair and went so far as to lie to me about what they told me. HELLO I was there! Dan who wasn’t there tells me I was told they couldn’t fix it. Does he have a microphone on his tech? What a shady unreputable way to do business. When there are so many good solid hard working service people out there I say RUN don’t walk away from Rapp!!!!!!
Dan and his team take on jobs that are both big and small. They treat all clients like they are number one. The entire team has respect for the homeowners, they are always professional and cleaning up after they have performed their project. Being in the construction industry, this is very important to me. They keep to the schedules we have for them on multiple projects, including the additional clients we throw in at a moments notice. I would highly recommend Rapp Plumbing & Heating for any project you may have in the future. Sincerely, Arthur Dodds Jr
