For several weeks it appeared my S24 Ultra screen was cracked in two places. I finally went in to see Patrick and Cody for help today. They gave me a quote for the new screen. I couldn't afford it and was about to take my phone back when Patrick asked to look at it. He went away for a moment and came back. "It was just the screen protector that was cracked", he said. I was so happy! He replaced it with a new one that, quite frankly, makes my phone look even smarter!! He saved me a lot of money and peace of mind now that my screen is properly protected!!
