Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors

Had a great experience with them! We wanted custom French doors for our home office space, and they did everything they could to get us the style of doors we wanted and fit them to our exact measurements. The wait was a couple months but for custom doors that felt reasonable. And then they got the doors all installed in around 3 hours, so it was quick! I will say, the paint protective film on the glass was a nightmare to take off, but that's probably more on the supplier than on Rocky Mountain so I won't hold that against them—more just a warning to anyone who elects to paint the doors themselves like I did! We love the final result and are so happy with how it turned out I've included pictures of after installation and after paint.

It was great working with Jessica at Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors. We needed a new sliding glass patio door and we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted, staying within our budget. After it was installed, we noticed some streaks in-between the double panes. John from Rocky Mountain came out and immediately confirmed that new glass would be ordered and put in. (A factory mistake, not theirs) And it was! At no cost to us. Good workers, good product, good service. We're very pleased.

Rocky Mountain owner Christine - excellent to work with. Mike came right away to see the broken mechanisms on my 30 year old, two front windows. He gave two options: repair or replace. I chose to replace. Received prompt bid via email. Estimated time of delivery. Nice surprise to have the windows arrive sooner that expected. Phone call stating when the installers would arrive. Aaron and Tanner arrived on time, were courteous, and went right to work removing the broken windows, having laid down heavy blankets to protect my carpets. They worked VERY efficiently. Had all the needed tools to remove and install. Windows fit exactly into place. And their cleanup was excellent which included removing the labels and protective film, washing the windows inside and out, and vacuuming the areas. I am DELIGHTED with my new windows and their workmanship was excellent!
