Roc Cleaning and Restoration did a great job cleaning my carpets. Dirty and pet stains removed! The crew was small but highly efficient with the process and time. Approximately 800 square feet done in and out in 1 hour. Highly Recommend them!
We hired Roc Cleaning and Restoration previously for our air vent cleaning. We were happy with the results, so we decided to hire them again to clean our area rugs. Once again, we were pleased. Both Thomas and Patrick were professional and friendly. They arrived on time, covered their shoes, and paid close attention to the areas of the rug that needed extra cleaning. The rugs look brighter and much better, and they dried quickly! While cleaning other rugs, they used a fan to help with drying. Although we didn't request upholstery cleaning, we asked if they could also clean the couch. They did! The 19-year-old couch looks almost new, and it smells wonderful. There's no strong fragrance, only a mild clean scent near the cushions. We highly recommend this company!
