Stopped in to get my watch resized and was greeted by Randy. He was very kind and helped me get my watch to exactly the right size in less than 10 minutes. I got to look at some of the jewelry they had while I was waiting and will definitely be back when it’s my time to look at engagement rings!!
We recently ordered a setting for an engagement ring at Robinson jewelers. We had an amazing experience with the service. All the staff and the owners were very attentive and accommodating. They went out their way to make sure we were satisfied and loved the finished product. We highly recommend them if you are looking to get a wonderful piece of jewelry with outstanding service. Robinsons Jewelry store deserves all the praise. I walked in with a watch I didn't even purchase from them, fully expecting to pay for a repair, and they still fixed it perfectly and refused to take a dime. My friend told me these guys are the best in the business, and he did not lie. Sent a photo of a cross necklace I wanted, and they had just what I was looking for already laid out of me. They had such a beautiful selection of bands, I ended up purchasing a ring too. They fitted the ring, fixed my current band, and had everything delivered to me at a near by restaurant in about an hour. I wish every customer service experience was like this! This will be the only place I buy jewelry from moving forward. Thank you so much!
