I purchased a watch from Anoop Daswani at Daoud’s Fine Jewelry. Anoop was referred to me by a colleague who had purchased multiple watches from him. My colleague indicated that he had always had the best experience —my experience proved to be exactly as he had described it. Anoop was incredibly responsive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable in all our interactions. I could count on Anoop to respond immediately or within minutes no matter when I sent him a message or called him. I am in another state, and the transaction went as easily and smoothly as if I had been there in person. He texted me pictures of the watch ahead of time, as well as all the documentation and once the watch was in his possession he insured-overnighted the watch to me and it arrived the next morning to my home. Super happy with the experience. Anoop made a real difference and would buy from him again in the future.

After having done business with Patrick in past years it was a pleasure to step into Daoud's Fine Jewelry in Ft. Lauderdale after moving back here from Southern California. I was cheerfully greeted by Laird who is the "new kid on the block" in the Daoud crew. He is very experienced with over 30 years in the Jewelry business under his belt and helped me purchase two gold chains of high quality! It was a very smooth no pressure transaction that I am very satisfied with. During our discussion I disclosed to Laird that I am also on "the hunt" for a Rolex Day/Date 18k Presidential gold watch that I have been dreaming about someday owning. Being the professional that he is Laird remembered me and when the said watch was purchased about 4 days later he immediately called me and sent me photos and videos of my dream watch that they had just acquired and offered that I come in to see it @ my convenience. I didn't hesitate as Rolex's @ Daoud's sell rather quickly. I was there and my second transaction with Laird in the same week went rather smoothly and now I am the proud owner of a 2021 Rolex Presidential 40mm watch and couldn't be happier!
