i got some jewelry repaired here and its been nothing short of an amazing experience. 10/10. my piece came out great. i had the pleasure of working with susan and she is AMAZING! she was great to chat with, she showed me around the store, and she taught me about all things jewlery (stones, gold purity, etc.). im very happy with my experience :)

Carroll’s is a family owned business and has been in business almost 100 years! Prices are very reasonable and their large store is well merchandised but what makes the shopping experience at Carroll’s so special are the people and the customer service they provide. Bill, Luke, Bob, Susie and the rest of the team will take great care of you…I’ve shopped there for 15 years and they always are friendly, helpful, courteous and professional!

I’ve been a long-time customer of Carroll’s Jewelers, and once again they reminded me why I keep coming back. I stopped in with two small earrings that needed fixing, and they treated me with so much kindness and care. Sandra a staff member was warm, patient, and genuinely happy to helpfixing them with a smile. Can’t give a good enough review of Carroll’s . Felt more like your family helping you out than a business . Max , John , and Luke are great and guided me through process of getting Engagement ring until we found the perfect Stone . Everything was on time and they went above and beyond … even offering to drop off the GIA certificate at my house. Giving them my business again for years for the Wedding bands and Bullion. It’s obvious why they have been in business for almost century. PS: I was recommended to this place by all the good things they do for the community!
