We had a great experience, a difficult repair of a vintage range hood. We are very impressed with the services provided by Yugen, our technician. The repair job was very tricky and he was very patient and determined. We are very grateful and will definitely work with your company again!
Easy to book, good communication between booking and the actual date of the appointment. The technician was excellent. I appreciated that he covered his shoes before coming into the house,‘worked quickly, explained the problem, and left the space clean. Highly recommended.
Warning: Mr. Appliance caused damage to my marble countertop during a service visit and refuses to take responsibility. I provided a table for their technicians to do the repair on but instead they plopped a 100 lb oven on my marble countertop despite my direct request. The technicians continued the 4-hour repair using extensive force while drilling. I provided photos, videos, and a repair estimate from a licensed fabricator and the company dismissed it as a “stain” and denied responsibility. Poor communication, delays, and zero accountability. I’m now forced to pursue this through consumer protection and small claims. Hire at your own risk.
