Excellent customer service experience. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues i was experiencing. They had snacks and coffee available and a cozy waiting area where you could see inside the shop and watch your vehicle get worked on if you wanted. Lots of café and food options nearby and the complimentary cab service is awesome addition to the already amazing customer service experience. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be back when I need vehicle services.
The team at Busy Bee are absolutely amazing people. My car recently died on me, out of nowhere, and I couldn't get it going with a jump start. I had my car towed to the shop. They did a VERY thorough inspection of my car, with pictures sent to me, and explained what all they thought my car needed done. At the end of the day, it turned out that my car still wouldn't start, despite having a new starter put in. Cody called me immediately to explain that my engine was seized, and assured me that it wasn't my fault, and that this unfortunately just happens sometimes. When I get myself another car, I will for sure be sticking with Busy Bee for any work that needs done. These guys genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles.
Nich was able to give us an appointment for repairs the next day. They ran a diagnostic that morning and got back to us quickly. They sent us an itemized list of repairs and the price breakdown for approval of each item (really appreciated this). We felt the prices were very fair and they were able to get it done the next day. The customer service and communication was excellent from start to finish. Glad we found this shop. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend!
Excellent service. They inspected everything, took pictures, and then took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be fixed on my car. They were friendly, helpful, and timely. I'm happy to have found a good and trustworthy place to take care of my car.

I am a single mom and as you can imagine, my car is VITAL and because of years of financial struggle, keeping a running car to earn a buck has been a major hurdle.
I've been worked over by many mechanics. Had dozens of diagnoses and many of those with false diagnoses with no receipts, except the ones I get after I have shelled out my whole savings on jobs that either weren't done or were over billed.
My disposition on mechanics has been to not trust any of them and to find one who is cheap and good enough, because the scam part would be inevitable.
Busy Bee turned that around for me when I came to them to fix my car..they revealed work that I had paid for that was not done and cut me a very very good deal.
Not only did they give me a great deal that couldn't be beat, but their diagnosis isn't just a sheet of paper with some words, part numbers and price points - they include pictures and videos to prove what they have found.
Having this level of detail and transparency in their diagnosis is something I have never seen from a mechanic shop ever.
When I called up my old mechanic regarding the work done, they even took the time to listen to him rant about the work he claims he did and reported back to me. They were willing to support me in the way they could to help me get some justice. Even if it was just a phone call and validation.
You guys have me as a customer for as long as I live close enough! I may even make a trek if I move.
