River Glass installed a solid glass backsplash in our kitchen and we were very pleased with the process and the outcome. They responded quickly to our inquiry with a reasonable estimate and were able to complete the work exactly on time. Their work was outstanding as well.
I have had 2 shower install by River Glass and Each one has been amazing. Their whole customer experience was great for me. Would highly recommend.
River Glass said they could replace the glass in a very sad looking bathroom window during our bath remodel. They did a nice job with the shower glass, but even after stating they could fix the window, they ghosted me. Did not respond to texts or emails. So we have a brand new beautiful bathroom with one hideous window. Their team seems to have a good rapport with our contractor, but is not interested in talking to customers directly (witnessed during shower glass installation and during a follow up service call).
I am a project manager for a high-end custom home builder and we use River Glass for all of our glass installs, shower glass, glass shelves and mirrors. Justin is absolutely the best and they do the best work hands down. We have never had an issue with their work and we always get complimented on who we use, and now you know.
Great company for shower door glass. We used them last year after getting many other estimates. We had a small leak after the initial install and they addressed it without any fuss. They were very patient answering all our questions. The install was great, all gaps were even, and they seemed to used quality materials. I will use them again.
