Pyramid-Glass

The reviews definitely set Pyramid Glass apart and being a local small business made me select them for my project. I really appreciated the great communication. While I was getting quotes, Amir definitely shined by responding so quickly. The glass is great and the hardware is very nice and seems sturdy. The measurement and installation process was pretty quick and the price was far better than all my other quotes. There were some minor issues with cuts to the trim, clean up, and some leaking. After contacting Amir initially, it took some time to schedule the repair due to the him being unavailable, but he showed up a day earlier than scheduled to fix everything so I didn't have to take off work. Unfortunately, the shower was leaking the next day more than before, so I will just seal it myself. Amir did offer to come back again though. I don't think this is the norm for Pyramid Glass based on the many other reviews, but my own experience was just not the best sadly.
