I don’t usually run to write a negative review, especially against a small business, but after the experience I’ve had, I feel compelled to share my experience with this company. I hired this company for a window installation during our renovation and paid a deposit upfront. Since then, I’ve received nothing but lies and empty promises and more than a dozen scheduled installation dates that were cancelled due to various reasons. Despite repeated assurances, windows were never delivered and the deposit was never refunded. We have now made several attempts to get in touch with the owner and resolve the situation to only be met with silence and delay leaving us no choice but to pursue legal action through the court system to recover our deposit. It’s deeply disappointing to deal with a business that lacks professionalism and integrity. We trusted them to follow through on their commitments, but instead, we’ve been left with nothing but frustration. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The owner’s lack of accountability is clear, and their inability to fulfill basic obligations is concerning.
