Went in to get my watch tightened and the guy was so helpful and did it right then and there! After paying I was in my car and realized it wasn’t as tight as I wanted it so I went back in and he was so understanding and made it tighter without any complaints. Would recommend to anyone!
DON'T GO TO THIS JEWELER! My back on my Pulsar watch fall off. Took it to jeweler and watched woman pressed the back in. The owner then came over to finish the job. When they gave me the watch, I notice the face of my watch had a crack in it. Owner yelled at me and told me to leave and that I cracked the watch. I was so hurt!
I was recommended by pennies to go there for a battery since they do not do it in house With no lines I was taking care of immediately. Had the battery replaced time and date. Checked on the watch and was gone in 5 minutes. I would go back
I walked into this store with a watch band needing repair. The older man in the store did not greet me or introduce himself so I don’t know if he’s the owner. He was rude during the entire interaction. Customer service is terrible. He laughed me out of the store. Do not give business to this miserable person. Do better.
I needed a link on my watch fixed recently, so I stopped by RI Watch Service, and it was fixed in 10 minutes! Other places I had called said it could take a few days to review it and get it fixed. I was very happy with the service and price. Would highly recommend this business!
