Edit 02/10/26 After Bob, called about my review I am giving them a 40% increase to 3 stars. I was wrong, they replaced none of the valve stems. I assumed it was something fairly inexpensive that would have been included since they can rot and can leak over time. If you expect new valve stems with your new tires you have to request it. Not my experience elsewhere. My mistake. He explained that the damage to my rims is paint that simply fell off when the tires hit it during the removal/install process. And since its just paint, they are not responsible. Uh, ok. While doing the alignment they needed to replace a tie rod that had not been tightened correctly when another shop installed it. Bob reminded me that they did discount the part and labor and I reminded him that they also increased the cost of alignment due to the added time on the rack. As requested, they did install 1 or 2 missing undercarriage shroud clips while the car was up. No charge for that. While the update does reflect the savings on the tie rod issue and the increase on the alignment and putting in 2 $1 dollar clips, remember to ask about your valve stems. Bob called me and stated he was upset and this is what upsets him, people don't understand their cars but go online. I'm upset I have chipped paint on my rims that was not there before and old valve stems that may wear out before my new tires. I am glad he called about my initial review and we got to discuss things. I now know more than I did before. Thank you, Bob. Hope the additional 2 stars makes your day. They are good guys, but this was just not a 5 star experience. Initial review: Spent over a g on tires and they damaged my rims and they only replaced 1 valve stem and reused 3. Whooooo does that? Thank you SO much The general recommendation is to replace tire valve stems every time you get new tires. Since valve stems are made from rubber, they're susceptible to cracking, drying out, and general wear over time. As the tires age, so do the valve stems, and replacing them when you're already changing the tires makes perfect sense.
