If you're reading this review in search of a window replacement company, your search may be over! I contacted Frederick Window Replacement after receiving a referral from a friend who had asked for this company's windows service. The product was delivered earlier than expected which was such a bonus! When the installation team arrived, all three men were extremely pleasant. They did an amazing job with the casement window installation!
I hope the manager/owner sees this review. I want them to know about my great experience. Frederick Window Replacement was not what I expected for a relatively small business from Frederick, MD. These people were punctual, always responsive when I call, and efficient at their job. The price on my estimate for the wood entry door installation wasn't cheap, but the stunning product I bought was totally worth the money. You can bet I'll be ordering a set of quality awning windows from them very soon.
They took accurate measurements, gave me a nice quote, and installed my replacement windows without a hitch. Great work and communication! I'm giving Frederick Window Replacement 5 stars!
